Pcm99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the pcm99 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. These terms take effect from the date your account is registered.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using the pcm99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the pcm99 platform.
To use the pcm99 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or is located in Malaysia when accessing the platform;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract under Malaysian law;
- Not be prohibited from participating in online gambling by any applicable law or regulation.
Pcm99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to complete verification will be suspended until the process is finalised.
Account Creation, Responsibility & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on pcm99. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify pcm99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pcm99 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.
Account Activity Responsibility
All activity carried out under your account — including betting, deposits, withdrawals, and profile changes — is your sole responsibility. pcm99 reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder before processing any transaction deemed unusual.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the pcm99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). pcm99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost Wallet.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the deposit page. pcm99 is not liable for delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers. The minimum deposit amount is as set within the platform and is subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the pcm99 account. Withdrawals requiring additional verification will be processed within three to five business days. pcm99 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card to verify the applicant's identity before approving a withdrawal.
Disputed Transactions
If you come across a transaction you do not recognise or wish to dispute, please contact pcm99 support within 30 days of the transaction date. pcm99 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using the pcm99 platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that may compromise the integrity of the platform. Specifically, you are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Manipulating games, bets, or the bonus system through any technical means or collusion;
- Registering an account with false information or using another person's identity;
- Transferring balances between different user accounts without pcm99's approval;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financing.
Liability Limits
Pcm99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of wagered funds, service disruptions, or technical issues beyond pcm99's control. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pcm99 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of pcm99 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any content without prior written consent.
Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Pcm99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:
- The user violates any of the terms set out in this document;
- The user engages in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;
- Pcm99 suspects that the user's identity is fraudulent or that the account is being accessed by an unauthorised party;
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.
In confirmed closure cases due to a breach, pcm99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance or bonuses in the account. For closures requested by the user, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Third-Party Links
The pcm99 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. pcm99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Pcm99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a process mutually agreed upon by both parties, and where necessary, through an appropriate dispute resolution body in Malaysia.
